The products on this site are pre-order products, it is not always possible to have an article immediately ready, we take care of always informing you of the waiting time, if necessary.

the correct prices of the products are those in Euro, our national European currency.
Prices in the English version of the site are subject to the exchange rate and may vary, the correct price will be sent before completion of the purchase.

Refunds and returns:

The return can be made and the refund can be received only if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The product must be repacked and sent back to us.
Shipping costs are at your expense.
We will then issue the refund.

Warranty:

On all products purchased on this site we provide a 24-month warranty, from the time of purchase, in the event of malfunctions and / or manufacturing defects.

We do not offer warranties on consumables, for example: batteries, wheels, brakes or other components, any exceptions will be specified for each product. If nothing is specified, the product is fully covered by the warranty.
Shipment
We only rely on express couriers, we will communicate the traking code after shipping the product.
  • In Italy the average shipping time is 24/48 hours.
  • In France, Germany, Spain it may take up to 3/5 working days.
  • Islands, united kingdom, etc... it may take about 5/7 working days.
  • Abroad: United States, Canada, etc. it may take up to 15 business days and you may be charged additional customs fees.
We are not responsible for any delays due by the courier.

If the product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 8 days of receiving the goods of any damage.
We will start the product return procedure and send the new product or send the replacement part if it is possible to replace it.

In the case of goods damaged by the courier:

We pack parcels in a maniacal way, our parcels can endure many abuses, but if the parcel appears obviously damaged on arrival, please let the courier notice that the parcel is damaged and ask the courier to sign and write on the coupon: "I accept subject to control", it will be possible for us to have compensation from the Courier.
Billing
We are a company regularly registered in the register of Italian companies, therefore 22% VAT is regularly applied to our products, as far as the European community is concerned.

For those who purchase outside the European community, an invoice will be issued without the application of VAT, VAT and any customs duties will be calculated by the customs / courier agency, based on the laws in force in the country where you receives the goods.

If you are purchasing as a professional and want an invoice, request it, communicating your company data in advance, we will issue a regular invoice.
