The products on this site are pre-order products, it is not always possible to have an article immediately ready, we take care of always informing you of the waiting time, if necessary.

the correct prices of the products are those in Euro, our national European currency.
Prices in the English version of the site are subject to the exchange rate and may vary, the correct price will be sent before completion of the purchase.

Refunds and returns:

The return can be made and the refund can be received only if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The product must be repacked and sent back to us. Shipping costs are at your expense. We will then issue the refund.

Warranty:

On all products purchased on this site we provide a 36-month warranty, from the time of purchase, in the event of malfunctions and / or manufacturing defects.
Payment/deposit
Our company produces a fixed number of simulators each year. During the production period, we collect pre-orders and, for each order received, we assign a simulator to the customer.

Due to long production times, some customers may decide not to complete their purchase. This is not a problem for us, the simulator can be assigned to another customer.
However, the new buyer may not be interested in accessories, thus risking leaving us with stock of accessories not for sale due to lack of pedals.
For this reason, for the current production We have decided to require a 10% deposit on orders..

You can still pre-order your simulator without paying the deposit: Your order will be recorded and you will be placed on the waiting list.
However, if all customers pay the deposit, those who haven't done so may find themselves without a simulator at the end of production, because their simulator will be assigned to those who have paid.

Every end of production we receive more requests compared to the number of simulators available.
For this reason we recommend paying a deposit, so as to guarantee your simulator.
If you prefer not to pay, we will still do our best to update you if there are few simulators left, so you can decide whether or not to block one at a later time.

In 5 years of business, we have never asked for deposits. We hope you understand our decision.

The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your balance (which is always required once the simulator has been tested, boxed, and ready to ship). Only then will you have to pay the difference.

* Paypal offers installment payments of: 3/6/12 monthly payments, but this rule varies from country to country.
Shipment
We only rely on express couriers, we will communicate the traking code after shipping the product.
  • In Italy the average shipping time is 24/48 hours.
  • In France, Germany, Spain it may take up to 3/5 working days.
  • Islands, united kingdom, etc... it may take about 5/7 working days.
  • Abroad: United States, Canada, etc. it may take up to 3/6 working days and you may be charged additional customs fees.
We are not responsible for any delays due by the courier.

If the product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 8 days of receiving the goods of any damage.
We will start the product return procedure and send the new product or send the replacement part if it is possible to replace it.

In the case of goods damaged by the courier:

We pack parcels in a maniacal way, our parcels can endure many abuses, but if the parcel appears obviously damaged on arrival, please let the courier notice that the parcel is damaged and ask the courier to sign and write on the coupon: "I accept subject to control", it will be possible for us to have compensation from the Courier.
Billing
We are a company regularly registered in the Italian business register. Our company works with a simplified tax regime, the flat-rate tax regime.

Therefore, the prices you see on the site are with VAT at =0, so if you buy as a private individual, you will pay the amount you see on the site, the same thing if you buy as a company, we can issue a regular invoice downloadable from any VAT number, but the VAT will be at =0, it will not be added, nor deducted from the amount on the site.

If you buy from outside Europe, you will pay the amount on the site, and the customs will add the VAT relating to your country and any duties during customs clearance.

You will pay the price of the simulator and during shipping the courier may ask you to pay VAT, so you will pay:
+7.25% of total VAT on $1000.00 USD,
You will pay $72.50 USD in customs, plus another $30.00 in handling.
for a total of: $1100.00 USD.

If you are buying as a professional and want the invoice, request it, communicating your company data in advance, we will issue a regular invoice.
